- All JVMS CE meetings require RSVP via our www site. Please be sure you are up to date on dues and can login and access the site so you can RSVP.
- FVMA- Dr. Rick Sutliff at FVMA conference but Dr. Crystal had spoken with Dr. Williams regarding the lobbying that was going on in Tallahasse to prevent kiosks from being allowed.
- Trust Fund – Dr. David Cromer Trust fund is doing well. No concerns.
- Awards – Dr. Sutliff (not present) Hashey got the Gold Star Award.
- Ethic / Peer Review Dr. Sutliff (Not present)
- ACPS – Dr. Erne
- Concerns regarding ACPS not upholding previous agreement regarding paying for postage on licensing.

- Jax Forgotten Loved Pets - Update Dr. Crystal: Discussed possible use of voucher system. Vaccines have expired and if we would like to do something else we will need to reach out to the vaccine manufacturers to get additional vaccines

- 2017 JVMS business meeting dates (Thursdays) :7/6/17, 10/5/17 (Epping Forest)
- Items from Attendees – discussed having the next meeting in clay county to get some activity from the clay county residents. Price and Dr. Timberlake will help organize. No one at the meeting had an issue with going to clay county.
