Member Information

Thank you for your interest in joining the Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society.  We are a group of philanthropist, community activist, and innovators.

Benefits of Membership

As a member of the Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society your full access account provides the following:

  • 4 or more DVM CE meetings per year (More than 18 approved hours for FL and GA) including required controlled drug and Florida and Georgia Laws/Rules CE

Membership Costs

Memberships are calendar year, January 1 to December 31.  Members will have to renew on January 1.

Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society membership dues are $75 per year.

If you join on October 1 or later, membership dues are reduced to $45 for the balance of the year.

How to Join and Pay Your Dues

New Individual Membership - To create a new Individual Membership, click the Submit Application below to submit your application online.  Once your membership application is reviewed and approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay your annual dues.

Renew Individual Membership - To renew an existing membership Log In and you will be directed to the member dashboard where you can pay your membership dues.

New or Renew Group Memberships - If you would like to pay for a group of members, new memberships, renewals or a combination of both please do the following:

  1. Complete the Request Invoice form below.  Please provide the contact information of the person to receive the electronic invoice and all members that will be covered under the invoice.
  2. Make sure any individuals in the group that are not a previous member with an account complete the new member application by clicking the Submit Application button below.  Each member will have their own account.
  3. Once payment for dues is received each individual membership in the group will be activated.
